The Monkey Face is an innovative multi-mount stake pocket that can accommodate a wide variety of tie-down hook styles. It features a 60 degree arc–the “Monkey Face”– that allows it to pivot your tie-down strap toward your cargo. They simply drop into the stake pocket and can work with all Mac’s tie-down end-fittings, giving you more options to secure your cargo.
The Monkey Face is laser cut from .375-inch steel and welded to a .1875-inch thick steel tube. It has a powder-coated finish and has been rated to 10,000-pound minimum breaking strength.
How does it work?
Simply slide the Monkey Face into the stake pocket and secure it with the included linchpin. It’s available with or without the lashing winch.

what is the diffrence in the 712001 and 712000
Hey Billy,
Part number MTD-712000 is just for the Monkey Face Stake Pocket Tie Down, while part number MTD-7120001 includes both the tie down AND the low profile lashing winch.
