Thule Tepui Explorer Series Ayer tents are designed for all-year, all-season adventures. These two-person rooftop tents are perfect for smaller vehicles, like cars and mid-size SUVs, thanks to their light weight (100 pounds) and smaller footprint.

Each features a lightweight aluminum base packed with fiberglass insulation for comfort.

Inside, the Tepui Explorer Series Ayer tent features a fully wrapped, 5/8-inch diameter aluminum A-frame, plus a 2.5-in. thick, high-density foam mattress with a removable, washable cotton cover. The mattress stretches from edge to edge, providing enough room to sleep up to two people comfortably.

There are four large internal pockets to keep your gear organized and out of the way.

Outside, the canopy is constructed from a waterproof 600-denier, 260-gram polyester/cotton blend that’s UV- and mildew-resistant. It’s finished with four large no-seam mesh windows and two skylights with YKK water-resistant zippers, and the canopy can be easily removed from its base via Tepui’s patented ZipperGimp system.

All Ayer tents come with an 8.5-foot telescoping aluminum ladder, a removable waterproof 420-denier polyester rain guard with tension rods, stakes, and a seamless, waterproof PVC storage cover. The tent includes universal roof rack mounting hardware.

Thule Tepui Low-Pro Tents

Packed with the latest in roof-top tent technology, Thule Tepui Low-Pro rooftop tents feature the lowest profile and lightest weight of any folding roof-top tent, according to our friends at Summit Racing. They’re specifically designed to reduce drag, cut weight, and improve overall fuel economy.

Low-Pro Rooftop tents feature Tepui’s signature TEC composite base for strength and support, while minimizing weight and overall base thickness.

The Low-Pro’s aluminum A-frame design not only increases overall interior space, it also improves visibility out of the tent’s numerous no-seam mesh vent panels. Inside, the 2-in. thick, high-density foam mattress stretches the entire base of the tent for edge-to-edge comfort, and comes wrapped in a removable, washable cotton cover. The Thule Tepui HyBox tent is the only hybrid tent and cargo box on the market, according to our friends at Summit Racing.

This hybrid roof-top tent system is both an overlanding tent and a cargo box, all in one easy-access design. Simply lift the lid, insert your gear, and hit the road.
