And then there were four.

The wrinkle thrown in for this year’s tournament (the 8th annual Muscle Car Match-Ups) was to pair eight old-school classics against eight new-school performance machines destined for greatness in their own right, and the finest performance cars to ever emerge from American auto factories.

But the classics swept the first round. Brutal.

Even still, here we are. Four legendary cars vying for the 2020 MCMU crown.

Let’s get to it.

Final Four OnAllCylinders Muscle Car Match-Ups: Old School vs. New School (More Old School)

1969 Chevy Camaro ZL1 vs. 1969 Dodge Charger R/T

Three out of four final-four competitors are from model year 1969. We’re guessing that surprises very few of you.

None of the cars remaining in this tournament require any introduction.

It’s one of the coolest COPO Camaros ever vs. one of the most iconic Mopars ever.

To get here, the Camaro ZL1 out-dueled ’69 Boss 9 Mustang, and the Charger dispatched the ’69 Yenko Nova 427.

Whichever moves onto the championship is up to you.

1969 Pontiac GTO “The Judge” vs. 1968 Dodge HEMI Dart

Look at these muscle-bound legends.

The Judge and the HEMI Dart. Two heavyweight champs ready to go toe-to-toe. And we love it.

The HEMI Dart slaughtered the formidable Ford Thunderbolt to reach the Final Four, and The Judge’s verdict over Eleanor was swift and harsh.

It’s another GM vs. Mopar match-up, and the winner will be fighting for the title.

Go ahead and pick the winner.
