Edelbrock introduced cylinder heads and a supercharger for Jeep, reminding us that there is more to Jeep aftermarket than just suspension, wheels, and exterior accessory upgrades. Edelbrock’s Mike Kovacs paid a visit to Summit Racing’s headquarters in Ohio, and there, the Summit Racing video crew caught up with him to talk about these additions to the Edelbrock catalog.

First, you’ll learn about Edelbrock’s straight-six Edelbrock Performance cylinder heads for 4.0-liter Jeep engines from 1991 to 2006. The heads have been completely reengineered and feature new port designs for better air flow, as well as reinforced rocker boxes for high-lift, high-rpm applications.

Second, you’ll see and hear about the new Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger for Jeep, which mates with the 2012 and up Jeep Wrangler JK with 3.6L Pentastar V6. Design features include individual runners in the plenum, which helps better distribute air. The integrated air-to-water intercooler has been optimized for the Pentastar. Edelbrock designed the supercharger so that you can use your stock oil filter with power adder.
