In today’s video, the AccuAir Academy and Del Uschenko of Delmo’s Speed, break down the many benefits of air suspension systems, highlighting the primary feature which is that ride height and optimum suspension geometry (in a fully occupied car or truck, for example) can be achieved with the touch of a button from inside the vehicle.

“As car enthusiasts, we all want our cars low for both looks and performance,” Uschenko said. “But static suspension comes with challenges…including rubbed fenders and a bad turning radius.”

From handling and spring peformance that can equal or surpass metal springs and traditional static systems, to the on-the-fly flexibility, air suspension systems can solve a lot of problems for the right vehicle applications.

The second half of the video digs into more of the technical details that set air systems apart from static systems. You should give it a watch.
