We’re pretty sure (read: absolutely, 100% positively sure) that we’ve never written an article about “The Bachelorette” TV show on ABC.

If you’re not aware, “The Bachelorette” is a reality television show where a bunch of guys compete for the affection of a young lady. It’s kind of like Airwolf, only with less helicopters.

But that was before there was an NHRA Top Fuel Driver in the show’s field of eligible bachelors.

Meet Jordan Vandergriff.

Jordan Vandergriff’s been racing in NHRA Top Fuel since 2019 and is the nephew of Bob Vandergriff Jr., a national event-winning former Top Fuel driver and team owner.

In his rookie year, Jordan Vandergriff notched a semifinals appearance in Phoenix and made the finals in Dallas. Before that, Vandergriff raised plenty of eyebrows when he cut a blazing-fast 3.738 at 325.85 mph ET—during his Top Fuel licensing run!

Season 19 of “The Bachelorette” got underway earlier this week. If you want to join The Bachelorette Nation, it’ll be airing Monday nights on ABC through the rest of the summer.
