Photo Gallery: Houston Autorama 2019

The Summit Racing Show Car Series kicked off over Thanksgiving weekend in Houston, TX for the 60th annual Houston Autorama, which brings together some of North America’s greatest hot rods, and the legions of us who admire them.

This marquee show car series might just be the perfect cure for the winter blues.

In addition to all the killer rods, customs, muscle, trucks, and motorcycles, the shows include many special features. Depending on the location, there are special guests, bands, unique vehicle displays, customizing and fabrication demos (don’t miss the Summit Racing Chop Shop with Gene Winfield), auctions, gearhead toy shops, and prestigious hot-rodding awards headlined by Detroit’s Ridler Award.

thanks for taking a pic of the animal

  3. This isn’t a reply, but a question:
My son & I were watching Mecum re-runs yesterday & he asked why almost ALL automobile engines are painted God-awful colors – mostly bright & obnoxious. I limped through a couple of personal theories, but just wonder if you have the real answer(s).
