No V8?

No problem.

Sure, the Ford F-150 Raptor’s 5.4L and 6.2L V8s are gone in favor of Ford’s 3.5L Ecoboost V6. And yes, the truck now sports an aluminum body. But the F-150 Raptor is still “Ford Tough” and more than capable of blasting through the most challenging off-road terrain.

Ford has gone out of its way to prove the 2017 Raptor’s off-road and desert-running capabilities by producing a series of videos. This first video effectively points out that the new F-150 Raptor is every bit as tough and agile as the truck’s V8-powered predecessors.
