2015 Chevy Corvette Z06
First, it was the Hellcat.

Then, the Hennessey Mustang.

Now, the 2015 Corvette Z06 is the latest in the line of late model muscle cars to produce a jaw-dropping spec.

0-60 mph in 2.95 seconds.

Let that sink in for a moment.

The 2015 Chevy Corvette Z06 is the fastest car GM has ever made. It reportedly┬áran the quarter mile in under 11 seconds at 127 miles per hour, and “GM spokesman Monte Doran says GM believes it to be the first front-engine, rear-wheel-drive production car to break the three-second barrier.”

The Z06 is powered by a supercharged V8 that makes 650 horsepower. It goes on sale in early 2015 and will cost nearly $80,000.

Is that enough to make you reconsider your 2015 options? Would you rather have the 707-horsepower Challenger SRT Hellcat or 2015 Mustang? Tell us in the comment section below!
