Reno, NV. — Did you watch the Barrett-Jackson auction on Speed channel last night?

Thursday was the first day of the auction at Hot August Nights, and by late morning the Reno Convention Center was filled with cars and trucks up for bid. 1960 Cadillac Series 62 Coupe. Features include custom engine bay work, flip-up sound system, LED rear taillights, apricot Allanti interior, and copper/mica orange paint.

This 1959 Oldsmobile 88 Custom 2-door coupe has a fully chromed 394-cubic-inch engine, 4-link rear suspension, a one-off grille, shaved door handles, and many other stunning mods.

This 1937 LaSalle Opera Coupe has a 472-cubic-inch Cadillac engine and 1974 Nova SS subframe.

This 1934 Ford roadster is a past winner of the Ford Heritage Award

This 1957 Chrysler Saratoga comes with a Chrysler 354 Spitfire engine.

This 1926 Ford Model T roadster features a hand-formed body on a stretched chassis. Features include a sculpted V-grille with three chrome bullets and a DuVall windshield. It's powered by a Ford 351 Windsor.

1950 Jaguar XK120 roadster with alloy body.

This 1949 Ford Custom Woody Wagon features a 3-inch chopped top, Frenched headlights, and Ford 302 powerplant.

1955 Chevrolet 3100 Custom Pickup. Features include 7-inch chopped roof, 350 engine with mild race cam, 350 auto transmission, and high-gloss Candy Orange paint.

1956 Chevrolet Belair. Built by Kreations, it features an Art Morrison chassis, GM 572 engine with 8-stack EFI, and TKO 5-speed transmission. It makes 665 horsepower.

This 1961 Chevrolet Corvette convertible features a 292-cubic-inch race motor and a date-code correct engine is included with the car.

1968 Dean Jeffries "Kyote II" Dune Buggy. All original and unrestored, it features original Dean Jeffries pinstriping and was once owned by Vic Edelbrock.

This 1937 Ford 2-Door sedan is powered by...an LS1! What else would it be powered by? It has a beautiful deep tangerine metallic paint job and matching undercarriage, along with an Air Ride Technologies suspension.

This 1964 Dodge 440 was stripped to bare metal and completely restored. The original 318 engine was swapped out for a 426 Max Wedge engine.

That's right--it's a Pacer! A 1975 to be exact, and we included it as a bonus because--well, it's a Pacer! This one came with the optional 258 engine.
