The U.S. Motorsports Association is working with Pennsylvania State House Rep. Dave Maloney to build public support for a bill that would authorize various outdoor recreational activities including motorsports facilities to reopen immediately under CDC social distancing guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This legislation has been referred to the PA State Government Committee and is an excellent step toward getting racing to return, USMA officials say.
