Summit Racing Combo Feature: Chevy 350 Engine Kit Pro Packs

A Summit Racing Pro Pack is a parts combo assembled by the automotive performance experts on Summit Racing’s tech team. Each part is proven to perfectly complement the other components in the Pro Pack—you won’t have any surprises when it’s time to install your parts and hit the road.

There are almost as many ways to build a 350 cubic inch small block Chevy as there are, well, Chevy 350s (that’s 10s of millions built between 1967 and 2002). No matter how you build one, a strong bottom end is critical to performance and durability.

That’s where Summit Racing Chevy 350 Engine Kit Pro Packs come in. They come with top-quality parts to upgrade the bottom end for a nice daily-driver or mild performance 350. Pro Packs are available for standard bore and .020-, .030-, .040-, or .060-inch overbore blocks.

Basic Rebuild Kits
These kits include:
• Fel-Pro gasket set
• Sealed power piston rings with moly-coated top ring
• Sealed Power cam bearings
• Summit Racing main bearings
• Clevite rod bearings
• Summit Racing High-volume oil pump assembly with stock pickup welded to the pump
• Summit Racing True Roller timing chain set
• Freeze plug kit
• Assembly lube, thread locker, Plastigage, sealant, and RTV silicone

Rebuild Kits with Pistons
These kits have all of the parts included in the Basic Kits, plus a choice of Silvo-O-Lite cast, KB hypereutectic, or Speed Pro forged pistons.

Rebuild Kits with Crankshaft
These kits add a Scat cast steel crankshaft for blocks with a two-piece rear main seal. Most kits come with cast, hypereutectic, or forged pistons depending on the application, but a couple are available without pistons.

While you have your 350 torn down for a rebuild, think about upgrading the camshaft to something with a little more pop. We’re sure you can find a grind you like from the selection of Summit Racing™ Classic Camshaft and Lifter Kits. Take your choice of hydraulic flat tappet cams that make power from off-idle, boost midrange torque, or boost top engine horsepower. You also get a set of lifters and assembly lube.
