Larry Larson’s S10 Blasts 6.16 Pass, Becomes Fastest Street Car in the World!

A couple weeks ago, we told you about Reason #8, Larry Larson’s 1998 Chevy S10. Larson, along with BangShift’s Chad Reynolds, built the truck to not only compete in Hot Rod Drag Week, but set a new mark for fastest street-legal, street-driven vehicle.

Mission accomplished.

Larson’s Chevy S-10 blasted a 6.16-second pass at 219.81 miles-per-hour run during the Drag Week heads up competition on Saturday, making the truck the fastest street-legal car in the world.

Check out the video below and see more coverage at BangShift.

Congratulations, Larry and Chad!
