Back in April, we told you about Top Gear on History co-host Rutledge Wood and his plan to build a 1949 Chevy Step Van in time for the Hot Rod Power Tour. Wood enlisted the help of American Resto Mods, Summit Racing, and other top automotive aftermarket manufacturers to complete the one-of-a-kind Step Van in time for the Power Tour, which is in full swing right now.
