Many drag racing fans are looking forward to the NHRA Gatornationals in Gainesville, FL this weekend. But if you constantly find yourself reminiscing back to the “good old days” of drag racing instead, Bakersfield, CA is the place to be in March.

Auto Club Famoso Raceway in Bakersfield hosts the famed Bakersfield March Meet, a 55-year racing tradition. Part of the NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Series, the Bakersfield March Meet offers the very best in nostalgia drag racing. Take a trip back in time (or at least to last weekend) with our March Meet photo gallery, courtesy of our friends at Drag Race Central.
