NORWALK, OH—The Hot Rod Power Tour has been rolling across the U.S. for over three decades now.

And judging by the turnout at Summit Motorsports Park for this year’s final day, it’s easy to see that it’s still going strong!

Despite a very light rain for part of the day, thousands of vehicles showed up in Norwalk, Ohio to enjoy a day of camaraderie, interacting with manufacturers like Summit Racing, and fun runs down the Summit Motorsports Park quarter-mile. As much as any event, part of the appeal of the Hot Rod Power Tour is the journey—the road trip memories between the five venues. This year, the Tour made stops in Indianapolis; Chicago; Fort Wayne, Indiana; Monroe, Michigan; and Norwalk, Ohio.

Variety is the name of the game at this event. Whether you’ve got a high-end vehicle or your ride is a work in progress, all vehicles are welcome. It makes for a well-rounded display of vehicles that come from a wide swath of the United States and beyond.
