These particular harmonic balancers were designed with bracket racers in mind. They are constructed from carbon steel, have been tested up to 12,500 rpm, and are 18.1 SFI-rated which will pass tech inspection at virtually any dragstrip.

For anyone interested in timing adjustments on carbureted conversions (basically anyone not driving a late-model vehicle), these LS harmonic balancers have engraved timing marks. They also accommodate factory serpentine belt setups.
