Edelbrock introduced its new E-Force Supercharger for 2015-16 Mustang 5.0L at the SEMA Show last week, but the most exciting news is yet to come! Company officials are expecting to release final dyno numbers, which will reportedly show well over 200 additional horsepower for Coyote-equipped sixth-generation Mustangs.

According to Edelbrock National Sales Manager Cary Redman, the goal is to produce over 700 horsepower on pump gas. Those are impressive gains by any stretch. But consider also that the E-Force fits neatly under the hood and works with the 2015-16 Mustang’s factory strut support for nice, clean installation, according to Edelbrock. Plus, it comes with 3-year/36,000-mile powertrain warranty, so there’s no need to worry about voiding your new Mustang’s factory warranty.

It could potentially be the easiest 700 horsepower you make.

The kit comes with everything you need for a bolt-on installation, including a unique, patent-pending dual pass, three-core intercooler. This intercooler design offers 45-percent more surface area for heat transfer and routes the air intake charge through the intercooler twice, resulting in a 30-degree cooler charge. That makes a big difference in overall power production.

How much more power? [UPDATE] The Edelbrock E-Force Mustang 5.0L Stage 1 Street Legal Supercharger Kit 1586 is rated at 255 horsepower and 188 ft. lbs. gains over stock, per Edelbrock.
