In this 7-minute video, the gang at Corsa will walk you through the steps they took to create a new exhaust system custom-designed for the new Corvette to A) Create aggressive exhaust notes, B) Add power and torque, and C) Create a sound with no drone. “Because that’s the way we built our business,” they said.
The new Corsa Xtreme exhaust system for the C7 Corvette is a valve-backed design featuring an all-new double-helix configuration. The advanced design provides great sound in all four Corvette driving modes.
“Through precision design and optimized placement of the twin crossovers, we’ve been able to unlock additional horsepower above traditional X-pipes while further refining the sound of our exhaust system,” they say.
Additionally, Corsa designed new polished and blacked-out exhaust tips in a couple different designs for total customization.
