Chrysler Group will halt production of the Viper for two months and shut down the Detroit plant where the supercar is made because of a lack of demand for the car.

Production will be suspended on April 14 and is slated to resume June 23, according to USA Today.

The base price for the Viper is $99,395.

The Viper has an all-aluminum, V10 engine that produces 640 horsepower and 600 ft.-lbs. of torque.
