What does Santa Claus do during the off-season? More importantly, what does he drive when he’s not piloting his flying sleigh?

The investigative—um, er—journalists here at OnAllCylinders hid behind Santa’s toy shop, staked out the North Pole, and did other paparazzi things we’re not proud of to bring you the answers.

We got some spy photos of Santa behind the wheel of this 1969 Bronco, owned by Mark Briscoe of Trenton, OH. It was all part of the Summit Racing catalog cover/gatefold photo shoot for the company’s November/December catalog, which comes out later this week. The beautiful blue, small block Ford-powered Bronco serves dual purposes, promoting the holidays and bringing attention to Summit Racing’s new “specialty icons.” According to Summit Racing company officials, these new icons—Truck/SUV/Jeep; Late Model Muscle; Tools, Paint & Body; Circle Track; and Restoration—are part of the company’s latest effort to help you find parts faster.

To take Summit Racing’s new “specialty tabs” for a spin, go to SummitRacing.com. To learn more about Mark Briscoe’s 1969 Ford Bronco, look for the latest Summit Racing catalog and flip to the centerfold. Don’t have a catalog coming? Click here to request yours.

You can also check back to OnAllCylinders soon for a complete feature on the Bronco. Until then, click on the slide show above for some preview pics.
