Dan Keough’s 1967 Chevrolet Nova hasn’t made a single pass on the dragstrip yet, but the vintage, gasser-style Bowtie has already begun to turn heads on the show circuit. Keough gave the folks at Summit Racing a tour of the Nova at the recent Piston Powered AutoRama in Cleveland, OH.

With the help of a few friends, Keough transformed the Nova from a mild-mannered street machine to a backhalfed and nearly all-new quarter-mile beast. The straight-axle, 383 stroker-powered gasser will make its dragstrip debut this summer at the Gasser Reunion at Thompson Raceway near Cleveland.
